The double dry hopping in this witbier produceds a phenomenal aroma of tropical fruit, like mango, citrus and lupulin. There are some piney notes too. It presents an almost creamy smell. An underlying zestyness is seemingly made of spice and zest and is mouthwatering. It is an attractive gold color with an average head. In n the mouth it increases the happiness to a decidedly bitter level. The fruit notes while still lovely, take a back seat to piney bitterness with citrus backing.the wheat base becomes lost while supporting the spicy zesty bits. This is a super tasty IPA style beer, but I would like to have been able to enjoy the wit parts a bit more.
