Update. The beer I reviewed was first out of the barrel. This one's clear as a bell and cooler. There's also a bit of nuttiness here that I failed to mention. An extra half star!

Brewed on the premises by the newly-formed Tamworth Brewing Company. It looks great - golden with a little bit of opacity, but no obvious sediment. There is also a decent head which you don't always get with micro-brewery beer; thumbs up. Pleasant restrained aroma with a main taste aiming towards American style IPA, but the hoppiness is nicely balanced and under control. It would have benefited from a lower temperature, but this was understandable given the extremely hot weather. Not the greatest beer I've had, but for a new microbrewery, this is really promising.
