O'Hara's Double IPA
7.5% Imperial IPA / Double IPA
A full-bodied, full on Double I.P.A. combining caramel and malt flavours with a well-balanced and substantial bitterness. Light carbonation allows the full flavour of this Double IPA to shine through. At 7.5% abv, the high alcohol content is balanced with a caramel sweetness and a full bodied malt character.
Generously hopped and dry hopped, it is a true treat for fans of the style.

Dieses Double IPA will überraschend schnell die Flasche verlassen. Zum Glück habe ich die Flasche in der Küche geöffnet und die Spüle war nah.
Im Glas ist der Rest dann trüb bernsteinfarben.
Der Geruch ist intensiv herbfruchtig mit Noten von Nadelwald.
Der Antrunk ist weich und bietet ein fast schon samtiges Mundgefühl. Auch hier wird es dann herbfruchtig und sofort auch minimal harzig. Dies alles bei beständig zunehmender Bittere, die lange nachhallt.

Couleur cuivrée peu de mousse , une intense et persistante amertume avec le goût fruité qui va bien . 🇮🇪 .
