People have been asking us to make a truly spicy chile beer, so we finally complied. Aged in rum barrels with habaneros, this version of chocolate sombrero is on a mission from God (to ingnite your palate).

This is one of the best pepper beers i have had. Had it once before. Pretty hot habanero flavor if you are into that sort of beer. Most pepper beers have been pretty tame to me but not this one.

Smell of rum and peppers. Taste follows. Nice mellow rum barrel aging. The peppers hit you on the back end in the throat. Nice balanced beer. If you like rum barrel aged and/or pepper beers this will not disappoint. I like the regular chocolate sombrero better but this is a solid variation.
