Pouring this beer, I was a little surprised at how pale it is. This is one of the palest beers I've encountered I think. It is carbonated well an the bubbles keep a nice thin foam layer going after the head has sunk back into the glass. It has a very promising and pleasing aroma of.very pale light malt and a nice nobel hops scent with a floral twist. Almost chamomile maybe. In the mouth it goes a bit sideways though. Initially I thought it had gone sour. But then as my tongue adjusts to the sensations you can really pick out what the hops are doing. I forgot it was dry hopped for a minute, but the mouth won't allow it to pass unnoticed. Slightly grassy, definitely floral and a little spicy the hops are forward and bold without being strong, and give way to a very nice pale grainy malt. Further sips seem to include a small hint of earthy honey. The carbonation sets the tongue to tingling. It's ok. Nice but somehow falls short of excellent.
