My first sip was "ok, this is an IPA. Second sip said "I need a glass of this." Nice double IPA. It's got a mellow, yet noticeable hop presence with (as described) lactose and coconut sugars which seem to mellow it out. This is beer number 599 for me. 600 will be a treat to be enjoyed Saturday night for hitting my 3 year anniversary at my current job. This beer is pretty darn good, and this is coming from someone who isn't huge into IPAs. 4/5
