Translucent, deep golden beer from keg builds a white, creamy head that settles down to a thin lacing of much longer duration. The sweet lychee dominates in the scent while vanilla dances gently in the background. The gustatory supply punches, without a warning, straight to the face: loads of sour lychee juice which vanilla softens a little but doesn't really sweeten. Those key elements are seasoned by lime, lemon peel, passionfruit and gooseberry. The light-bodied beer turns to finish very quickly. The long-lasting aftertaste offers sour lime, tart gooseberry and zesty passionfruit. The mouthfeel is extraordinarily tart, quite puckering and relatively light.
