Cloudy, deep amber beer fills the glass from keg. Off-white, velvety, half-a-finger head emerges on the surface and lingers there for quite a long time. The nose senses fruity, zesty orange, blood grapefruit and lemon. The palate portrays -- along the same lines -- fruity zesty grapefruit, coarse lemon peel and a remote piney note. The body is light to light-medium. The long-enduring aftertaste displays somewhat sharp citrus, seasoned by a bit piney aroma as well as some resin. The mouthfeel is first fresh and juicy, then turning crisp, somewhat coniferous and even a bit sharp.
