Closing my week with music, darts and something very dark. Batch #004. When is this canned? If you know tell me. This has been in my fridge for over a year. So I have aged this a bit. Aroma: hazelnuts, coffee, chili and caramel. Mouthfeel is quite surprising actually. I was expecting something dry but at the first sip this is quite sweet and smooth. Mouthfeel: medium carbonation, soft, tasty, medium body, a bit sweet and balanced. Taste: hazelnuts, coffee, vanilla, caramel and some roastiness. Aftertaste: chili, hazelnuts and a little bit sweetness, caramel like sweetness. This is a bit too thin. Not much but a bit. Hazelnut is very good in this one. Chili also works. Seriously it really does! Some chili in aroma and also nicely warming in the aftertaste. Other wise not much chili in this one.

Pähkinäistä. Chili sopivan taustalla. Muuten reippaasti espressoa ja hitunen vaniljaa. Vähän ohkanen.

Tuoksussa suklainen kahvi. Makunystyröitä alkaa aluksi kutittamaan kevyt happoisuus joka vaihtuu makeaan chili suklaaseen, ei liikaa makeutta.

Umpi mustaa ja niukka vaahtoinen. Tuoksu on aika vähäinen. Maku suklainen ja hiven chilinen. Aika kiva!
