Effluves de sirop d’érable à l’ouverture, qui se confirme à la première gorgée. Il s’accompagne d’un goût de caramel et de chocolat prononcé qui tient en bouche. Les 10,5 de cette écossaise se boivent sans problèmes. Très bonne surprise.

Une violence de saveur en première bouche , puis une énorme amertume, puis la douceur sucré du sirop d érable . Une très bonne bière de fin de journée .
