Coffee is the dominant aroma in this beer. Maybe a hint of vanilla as well. Taste is definitely some vanilla as well as the coffee. Some chocolate as well. The abv is hidden very well. The coffee isn't overwhelming, but it's there. The addition of subtle chocolate and vanilla is nice, as it smooths out the flavor. A well balanced coffee stout. Not anywhere near the best in style, but it's good. Very good. The coffee could be stepped up quite a bit to make this a top notch beer. 3.5/5
