Slap Fight will woo you in with a West Coast-style malt bill, but slaps you across the face with its tropical hop profile. Light in body, heavy in character, this IPA features Munich and Crystal pale malts for a clean, rich mouthfeel. Comet, Ekuanot and Mosaic hops lend a pungent herbal aroma, peppered with hints of papaya, orange and grapefruit. Present this beer to a friend. If he does not drink it immediately, slap him as hard as you can. Repeat.

Happy memorial day ( in the US ).
Has a high, thick frothy head. Doesn't last for more than a minute. Orange tint to it. Strong citrus aroma. Color is yellow fading into orange, and very hazy. No particulates though. Mouthfeel is light and almost dry. Flavor is strong grapefruit with orange in the background. Description says papaya, I don't get it but some other citrus flavor is definitely present. Bitterness is a little high for me but very tolerable. Mysteriously seems to fade with each sip. Finish is dry, citrusy and just a little tart. Bitterness continues to linger on the back of the tongue for a long time. Never detected any alcohol. Very refreshing beer for a very hot day.
