Enkel is accessible craft beer based on the Medieval single cross beers. The brewers used less yeast to brew a lighter beer. After brewing Enkel, the brewers dryhop the beer by adding Ella and Mistral hops. Hertog Jan Enkel is part of the Hertog Jan abbey series.
